Cashew Milk
Ingredients
- ¼ cup raw unsalted cashews
- 3-4 cups of water
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar Or 1 - 2 pitted dates (pre-soaked for 15 minutes, then chopped)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 - 60 seconds.
- Store in the refrigerator, covered. Shake well before use.
- Will last for about 2 weeks in the fridge.
