Cashew Milk

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 3-4 cups of water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar Or 1 - 2 pitted dates (pre-soaked for 15 minutes, then chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 - 60 seconds.
  • Store in the refrigerator, covered. Shake well before use.
  • Will last for about 2 weeks in the fridge.
