Carrot Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

raw carrot (each about 6 inches long), grated
¼ to 1
inch
piece of ginger, grated or finely chopped

heaping tbsp
onion, finely chopped

tbsp
sesame oil
2-3
tbsp
Soy sauce, or Tamari or Nama Shoyu sauce
¼-⅓
cup
water
1 - 2
tbsp
rice wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
¼
tsp
brown sugar, or maple syrup
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a small blender until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients, if necessary, to your liking.
Notes
Pairing: Add salad dressing to salads and wraps.
