Mango Salsa

Ingredients

large ripe tomatoes
(1 ½ cups diced)

onion, chopped

mango, diced

lime juice

salt or to taste
Pinch
of black pepper, or to taste

tbsp
cilantro leaves, chopped
(optional)
Instructions
Slice the tomatoes in ½-inch thick, then cut them across for diced tomatoes.
Dice the onions into a similar size as the tomato or smaller.
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix for 30 seconds.
You can serve immediately, or let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, it will absorb all the flavors for a better taste.
