For a more creamer texture, blend a handful of raw cashews (about 5 pieces) in the water first for about 1 minute. Then add the oats and other ingredients and blend for about 10 seconds. (Do not over blend because it will become a bit slimy. So, depending on your blender power, you can experient with how long you want to blend it.) Straining the liquid with a clean cloth or fine strainer to remove any oat pulp is optional.
