Combine the oats, liquid, salt, pepper and sweetener into a small pot and stir.
Over medium heat, bring to a slight boil and then immediately reduce the heat to low.
Stir frequently, cover slightly, and simmer until desired creaminess and thickness. About 5 minutes.
Add more liquid if desired.
Pour in serving bowls and add the peanut butter and stir.
Top with 1 - 2 cups of chopped fruit, and 1 tbsp of seeds.
