Add to a blender, 2 cups of plant-based milk and ½ cup of pitted dates and blend to create a sweet milk
Add to a pot, the milk/date mixture, cooked rice, mashed sweet potato, cinnamon and salt.
Heat to medium-low heat and let cook, for 10 minutes, (stirring occasionally) until mixture thickens.
Serve hot or warm in a bowl, and top with raisins, chopped fruit and ground flax seed.
