Ingredients

large ripe tomatoes
(1 ½ cups diced)

onion, chopped

lime juice

salt or to taste

tbsp
medium hot pepper, finely chopped (jalapeño or habanero pepper. For less heat remove all or some seeds)
Pinch
of black pepper, or to taste

tbsp
cilantro leaves, chopped
(optional)
Instructions
Dice the tomatoes.
Dice the onions into a similar size as the tomato or smaller.
Add all ingredients, except the cilantro leaves, into a food processor and pulse for few times to desired texture.
Add cilantro leaves and mix the leaves into the salsa.
Serve immediately, or let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to absorb all the flavors for a better taste.

Add to tacos, wraps, over rice and bean dishes, over rice bowl and in salads.
