Carrot Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 raw carrot (each about 6 inches long), grated
  • ¼ to 1 inch piece of ginger, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 heaping tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Soy sauce, or Tamari or Nama Shoyu sauce
  • ¼-⅓ cup water
  • 1 - 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp brown sugar, or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a small blender until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients, if necessary, to your liking.

Notes

Pairing: Add salad dressing to salads and wraps.
