Carrot Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 raw carrot (each about 6 inches long), grated
- ¼ to 1 inch piece of ginger, grated or finely chopped
- 1 heaping tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 tbsp Soy sauce, or Tamari or Nama Shoyu sauce
- ¼-⅓ cup water
- 1 - 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp brown sugar, or maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a small blender until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients, if necessary, to your liking.
Notes
Pairing: Add salad dressing to salads and wraps.
