Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes (1 ½ cups diced)
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ¼ cup mango, diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
- Pinch of black pepper, or to taste
- 1 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes in ½-inch thick, then cut them across for diced tomatoes.
- Dice the onions into a similar size as the tomato or smaller.
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix for 30 seconds.
- You can serve immediately, or let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, it will absorb all the flavors for a better taste.
Notes
Pairing: Add to tacos, wraps, over rice and bean dishes, over rice bowl and in salads.
